




Objective: Efficiently carry out reviews and inspections with authorities, prior inspections, and customs inspections, always aiming to safeguard the integrity of goods and reporting any anomalies detected. Releases and supervises loading of goods onto vehicles for customs clearance. Activities: 1\. Receipt and review of documents for customs clearance. (Review the most important fields of the customs declaration form for awareness in case of a customs inspection). 2\. Conduct prior inspections according to established procedures and as requested by the executive (for import, export, and rail shipments). 3\. Report the status of goods—shortages, overages, damages, or any other anomalies detected during goods inspections (customs inspections, prior inspections, etc.). 4\. Complete the prior report based on the inspection results. 5\. Supervise loading of goods at the time of handover to transport routes. 6\. Conduct physical and documentary inspections jointly with customs personnel during customs inspections. 7\. Supervise cargo consolidation or deconsolidation after customs clearance, if the operation requires movement within or outside the customs facility. 8\. Consult and apply the company’s general policies and procedures. 9\. Perform activities and generate evidence required for certification compliance.
