At **Desarrolladora Carpín** we continue to grow and are looking to add a committed and experienced **Surveyor** to our team, to collaborate on high-quality building and urban development projects. **What will you do?** * Conduct field surveying for construction projects (housing, subdivisions, and complementary works). * Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure proper on-site execution. * Operate surveying equipment (total station, GPS, automatic levels). * Prepare survey reports and maps for project and supervision departments. * Support engineering and site supervision teams with accurate and up-to-date data. * Maintain control and safekeeping of assigned equipment. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or urban development projects. * Knowledge in blueprint interpretation and level control. * Proficiency in specialized software: **AutoCAD**, **Civil 3D**, or similar. * Fieldwork experience and willingness to travel within the job site area. **Work Location:** * **Boca del Rio, Veracruz** * **Onsite** mode, **full-time** availability. ✅ **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $18,000 * Statutory benefits and job stability Interested candidates should send an updated CV to: **bolsadetrabajo@carpin.mx** Join **Desarrolladora Carpín** and help build projects that improve quality of life in our community!
