**Job Objective:** Operate, monitor, and adjust injection machines to manufacture parts according to the company's established standards of quality, quantity, and safety. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** Prepare, install, and remove molds on injection machines according to the production schedule. Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) according to product technical specifications. Verify proper operation of machines and auxiliary equipment (chillers, dryers, feeders, etc.). Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure compliance with quality standards. Record production data, cycle times, and machine downtimes. Report deviations or mechanical failures to the maintenance or supervision team. Comply with safety, organization, and cleanliness regulations in the work area. Participate in continuous improvement activities and waste reduction initiatives.
