





**Profile:** \- Education: Partial or completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Administration, or related field \- Age: 25 to 45 years old \- 2 to 3 years of experience \- Intermediate conversational English \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Knowledge of Innsist system (preferred) **General Purpose:** Ensures the availability of resources to meet the quality and efficiency standards established by the hotel, and provides leadership within food and beverage service departments (kitchen, warehouse, waitstaff, and stewarding) to deliver the best possible service to customers during events and banquets. Additionally, responsible for supervising internal and external operations related to the banquet department.
