Participate in the selection process for: **Logistics Assistant**. What you’ll do: * Provide logistical support for transporting personnel and materials, and purchasing office supplies. * Conduct banking transactions, including vehicle license and registration fee payments related to the fleet. * Deliver courier services to and from public and private entities (e.g., banks, regulatory agencies) as well as within the company and among its affiliated offices. * Ensure company vehicles operate properly, receive appropriate maintenance, and undergo necessary repairs. * Transport company vehicles to mechanical and electrical workshops, car washes and detailing facilities, and fuel stations. * Perform routine inspections of the mechanical condition of vehicles provided by the transportation service provider. * Manage final disposition, storage, movement, packing, and unpacking of inventory materials. * Assist with or assume responsibility for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, storage, transportation, and recordkeeping.
