




**Nutritional Clinical Assessment** **Position Objective:** To develop in students the theoretical and practical competencies necessary to perform a comprehensive nutritional clinical assessment by analyzing anthropometric, biochemical, clinical, and dietary parameters, in order to identify the patient's nutritional status, establish accurate nutritional diagnoses, and support decision-making in clinical intervention. **Activities:** * Identify and apply appropriate methods for anthropometric evaluation at different stages of the life cycle and under various clinical conditions. * Interpret biochemical parameters relevant to nutritional status assessment and their relationship with pathologies. * Apply techniques for dietary intake assessment and analyze eating patterns. * Provide individual follow-up for each student. **Requirements:** * Must hold a degree and professional license in nutrition. * Must hold a Master’s degree in clinical nutrition with degree and license, or a Doctorate in clinical nutrition or education. * Three years of teaching experience. * Familiarity with systems and platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar is desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation * Effective communication * Organization * Ethics **Why work at UVM?** We are the largest private university in Mexico, with 60 years of academic experience, social commitment, and professional vision.
