The **Global Trainee Program (GTP)** is a 2-year leadership program aimed at developing young professionals into future company leaders. It is a high-performance program in which participants assume full-time roles with specialized training. The GTP includes:\-Rotation to a second learning area\-Ongoing training (in-person, online, and international training experiences)\-Continuous exposure to regional and global executives.
