




**Engineering degree completed, valid license, proficiency in standards and inventory management** **ACTIVITIES** Conduct AST (Activity Safety Talk) for planned activities. Prepare a checklist for all container components and furnishings. Receive tool and consumables package from the warehouse. Load the truck with the tool and consumables package. Receive computing equipment with its updated database. Conduct client AST to carry out on-site container installation. Assist with container installation. Unload and organize tools inside the container. Notify the site’s highest authority once the service has been installed and is operational. Conduct periodic tool inventories. Download from your database the inventory of the tool and consumables package provided by the warehouse department. Perform physical inventory verification against the database inventory. Sign the inventory document, scan it, and email it to the operations assistant. Process tool lending to the client, requesting identification and recording the transaction. Issue a loan voucher each time. Deliver the requested tool to the client. Receive the tool back from the client upon return and conduct a visual inspection to assess physical condition and identify any damage. Issue a tool return voucher and provide a copy to the client. Prepare an informational note if any tool returned by the client is damaged or missing. Issue a return voucher indicating the condition of the damaged tool or noting any shortages. Email the damage or loss report to the operations assistant and the warehouse department to request replacement. Print the original damage or loss report and deliver it to your immediate supervisor during shift change. Clean tools upon return by the client. Identify tools requiring simple corrective or preventive maintenance. Carry out maintenance as needed, in accordance with the monthly tool maintenance schedule stipulated in the contract. Prepare all documentation generated during your stay at the container to deliver it along with an acknowledgment receipt on the day of shift change. Submit the documentation together with the acknowledgment receipt to the operations assistant for review and authorization of activity closure. Deliver remaining documents to the respective departments. Perform all activities timely, correctly, and in compliance with required safety standards.
