Accident investigations and follow-up on action plans A food company in **Veracruz** is seeking EHS SUPERVISOR (ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HYGIENE) Profile: * Professional education / (experienced professional), typically acquired through a bachelor's degree, technical superior university degree (TSU), or professional certification, with two or three years of operational experience in related fields such as industrial safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection. * Use and handling of fire extinguishers and fire prevention * Knowledge of manual and power tools, manual material handling, hazardous chemicals, work at heights, hot work, confined space entry, high-risk electrical work, and intervention on lines containing hazardous fluids. * Certification for lifting supervision * Excavations, demolitions, and safe scaffolding assembly * Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) * Legal requirements for safety and environmental compliance * Knowledge of ISO 45001 / 14001 * Problem-solving tools * Risk analysis * Emergency response teams and emergency management * Customer requirements * General construction safety knowledge Skills: * Leadership * Negotiation skills * Analytical ability * Conflict resolution skills * Goal orientation * Teamwork * Customer orientation (internal and external) Responsibilities: * Lead DOR (Definition of Ready) meetings. * Manage contractor personnel executing tasks. * Coordinate daily work permits and risk assessments. * Review and audit task execution against the MST and established risk analysis, and document findings. * Review action plans and track implementation of actions arising from various areas. * Conduct accident investigations and ensure implementation of action plans. * Assist in preparing the monthly report. * Disseminate alerts during DOR meetings. * Prepare lessons learned for DOR. * Conduct weekly mass meetings on Safety, Health, and Environmental topics. * Report service performance to management. * Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines.
