We are seeking professionals with at least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service who are motivated to deliver high-quality service and have a passion for technology. Responsibilities Approach customers at assigned sales points in order to provide information about Movistar products and services. Provide effective customer service by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Drive sales of mobile phone products and services, ensuring achievement of company-set targets. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in Movistar brand products. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer experience and promote brand loyalty. Prepare sales and activity reports, providing feedback on department performance. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Strong verbal communication skills and excellent communication abilities for effective customer interaction. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team, as well as capability to take individual initiative to achieve results. Basic knowledge of technology products, especially mobile phones.
