Responsibilities Approach customers at assigned sales points to provide information about Movistar products and services. Effectively assist customers by identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions. Drive sales of mobile phone products and services, ensuring achievement of company-set targets. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in Movistar products. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize customer experience and promote brand loyalty. Prepare sales and activity reports, providing feedback on area performance. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Strong verbal communication skills and excellent customer service abilities. Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve results. Basic knowledge of technology products, especially mobile phones. Availability to work flexible hours and weekends according to business needs.
