QHSE Manager – PRIMASE S.A. de C.V. **Location:** Veracruz, VER **Modality:** On-site – Full-time At **PRIMASE S.A. de C.V.**, we are seeking a **QHSE Manager** to lead our **Integrated Management System (IMS)** in the areas of **Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)**. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain the IMS in accordance with **ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001** and Mexican standards (NOM, NMX). * Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and continuous improvement. * Design, implement, and update QHSE policies, protocols, and procedures aligned with current legislation. * Lead training programs, awareness campaigns, and preventive culture initiatives. * Manage performance indicators (KPIs). * Identify, assess, and control operational and psychosocial risks. * Track non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive action plans. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in a related field. * Minimum 5 years of QHSE management experience. * Proficiency in **advanced Excel, Power BI, and Forms**. * Certifications in **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NOM-035, NOM-018-STPS**, and **internal auditor**. * Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies: **HAZOP, IPERC, FMEA**. Desired Skills: * Leadership and effective communication. * Strategic planning and change management. * Data analysis and information-based decision-making.
