




**At Ruba, we don't just build homes; we also build a better workplace for our employees, certified by GPTW as one of the 100 best companies in Mexico.** **We invite you to join our team.** **TITLING MANAGER** Coordinate departments involved in procedures related to credit assignment and document formalization, following guidelines established by financial institutions, in order to achieve company-set goals. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise credit authorization processes with Infonavit to meet company targets. * Maintain strong relationships with institutions to ensure timely credit approvals. * Oversee file compilation and formalization processes. * Ensure property appraisals are completed as quickly as possible to secure housing funds and submit them to the corresponding institution. **Requirements:** * Completed degree * 6 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of credit granting conditions * Knowledge of general real estate signing requirements * Knowledge of public registry enrollment data * Proficiency in the Enkontrol housing module system * Knowledge of deed formalization processes * Understanding of Infonavit policies and procedures * Extensive knowledge of notaries and valuation units * Negotiation skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Personnel management experience * Results-oriented * Analytical
