General Services Intern

We are seeking an intern for the General Services department at GRIVER\- Grupo Inversor Veracruzano. The selected candidate will support various administrative and maintenance tasks within the department. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in event organization * Supporting resource management * Preparing purchase orders, requesting quotations, and contacting suppliers * Preparing invoices, maintaining maintenance reports, and identifying simple risks * Recording corporate card expenses Essential knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360, supplier research and evaluation * Basic negotiation skills * Event logistics * Basic security risk identification Commitment, teamwork ability, and basic attention-to-detail skills are required. We seek a proactive individual with initiative and a strong desire to learn. Prior experience is not required but will be viewed favorably. The intern will work under the supervision of a General Services Coordinator, receiving continuous guidance and feedback to enhance and develop their skills.
