At **CargoFlex** we are expanding our team and would love for you to join us as: ***JUNIOR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR*** ***WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?*** * Technical degree, Bachelor's, or Engineering in International Trade, Logistics, Administration, Business Management, or related fields. * Flexible availability * Previous experience in Supervision or Operations Coordination roles. * Knowledge of logistics processes, KPIs, Safety and Quality standards. ***WHAT WILL YOU DO?*** * Coordinate and follow up on daily transportation, warehouse, or distribution operations according to the assigned area. * Assist in developing work plans, resource allocation, and operational compliance control. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate productivity, time, and results reports. * Handle operational incidents by proposing immediate and preventive solutions. * Verify that operations meet safety, quality, and customer service standards. * Supervise proper documentation of movements, entries, exits, shipping guides, or logistics reports. * Coordinate communication between departments (transportation, warehouse, maintenance, safety). * Support training and guidance of operational staff. * Participate in internal audits and process reviews. * Prepare incident, progress, and results reports for presentation to the area supervisor or manager. ***BENEFITS*** * Net monthly salary of $13,000 * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits **Work Location: Parque Industrial Oasis, Veracruz, Ver.** If you meet the requirements, apply now and we will gladly contact you shortly.
