Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and submit the Electronic Value Declaration (MVE) and integrate the digital file, with expertise in customs valuation. Key Highlights: 1. In-depth knowledge of the customs legal framework and Incoterms * **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics and Customs, or Customs Law. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar roles within customs agencies or import departments of companies, with focus on customs valuation. * **Competencies:** Attention to detail, ability to analyze regulatory provisions, documentary organization, and ability to work under pressure. 2\. Main Responsibilities * **Preparation and Submission of MVE:** Prepare, process, and submit the Electronic Value Declaration (MVE) via the Mexican Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCEM) or internal system. * **Digital File:** Ensure proper integration of supporting documents (invoices, contracts, transport documents, insurance policies, letters of non-association, etc.). * **Calculation of Additions:** Accurately determine elements comprising the customs value (freight, insurance, packaging, royalties, additions, and deductions). 3\. Technical Knowledge * **Legal Framework:** Customs Law, Customs Law Regulations, General Rules of Foreign Trade. * **Valuation Methods:** Proficiency in customs valuation methods. * **Platforms:** Advanced use of VUCEM. * **Incoterms:** Correct interpretation and application of pricing terms.
