As an organization continuously evolving, we seek to incorporate professional talent that contributes to our stability and vision of international growth.* **CUSTOMS AUDITOR** Venkel Customs ***What will you do in this position?*** Accurately review customs entry forms (pedimentos) and related documents timely and correctly. ***Requirements:*** * Prior experience in this role (2 years or more). ***Responsibilities:*** * Audit customs entry forms (review). * Verify compliance with tariff regulations and RRNA (Reglas de Carácter General en Materia de Comercio Exterior). * Calculate contributions. * Review documents required for customs clearance. * Validate correct application of exception identifiers. * Review E-documents and COVE (Comprobante de Valor Electrónico) in VUCEM. * If discrepancies exist between operational documents and regulatory requirements, document the DNC (Documento No Conforme). * Review pre-arrival merchandise information. ***Competencies and Skills:*** * Basic knowledge of tariff classification * Correct application and identification of exceptions to regulations * Calculation of contributions * Completion of customs entry forms (pedimentos) * Knowledge of the Customs Law and its Regulations, General Rules of Foreign Trade, Federal Tax Code, International Treaties and Agreements, INCOTERMS, Regulations and Restrictions. ***Employee Benefits:*** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Eyeglass assistance * Study scholarships (undergraduate, graduate, or diploma programs) * Life insurance * Scholarships for employees’ children * Funeral expenses coverage * Birthday leave **Why should you join the Venkel Cargo team?** You will have access to our training and development opportunities while working alongside a high-performance team.
