The position involves on-site medical care within a port terminal and comprehensive management of occupational health programs. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- ### **1. Updating and Monitoring Health Programs** * Update the **Health Diagnosis** during the first two weeks of January each year (contractual obligation). * Monitor and implement adjustments to the **Annual Health Program**. ### **2. Training and Prevention** * Deliver awareness talks on **occupational and chronic-degenerative diseases**. * Implement or propose the **Annual Training Calendar**. * Annually validate the **List of Physical Fitness for Manual Lifting**. ### **3. Ergonomics and Workplace Environment** * Monitor results from **workplace environmental studies** conducted by external providers. * Integrate findings from the **ergonomic study** (conducted every two years) into preventive planning. ### **4. Medical Care and Emergencies** * Provide **first-contact medical care** for injuries, emergencies, or illnesses occurring within the terminal. * Participate in **emergency drills**. * Properly use and manage provided medical supplies. ### **5.
