Job stability Job Objective: Efficiently manage the procurement of equipment, licenses, and technology services, ensuring optimal price, quality, and delivery timelines, thereby supporting the optimal operation of technical and operational departments. Key Responsibilities: Obtain quotations for technology products and services (hardware, software, and IT services). Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Generate and track purchase orders. Monitor deliveries and supplier performance. Manage inventory of equipment and licenses. Support the technical department in managing requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Systems, IT, or related field. 2–3 years of procurement experience (preferably in technology or IT). Experience managing hardware, software, and technology service providers. Experience negotiating pricing and commercial terms. Knowledge: Computing equipment: PCs, laptops, servers, printers. Licensing (Microsoft, antivirus, Adobe, etc.). Basic networking and technology concepts. Quotation management, purchase orders, and inventory control. Intermediate Excel (comparative analysis and cost analysis). Skills: Negotiation and supplier relationship management Organization and follow-up Cost analysis Effective communication Proactivity and sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications (Desirable): Experience in technology companies or IT support environments. ERP or procurement system experience. Basic/intermediate English proficiency.
