We value your analytical ability, your sense of order, and your drive to structure processes. All you need is:
Education: Currently enrolled in your final semesters or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related field.

Mandatory requirement: Valid faculty insurance or coverage under IMSS.
**Your day-to-day with us (Your challenges):**
Financial Control and Billing: You’ll be the guardian of cash flow—validating invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and supporting expense verification.
Inventory Management: You’ll coordinate clinic supply stock control, ensuring internal audit levels are perfect and preventing losses.
Back-office Optimization: You’ll keep patient databases, administrative files, and clinical performance indicator reports up to date.
Quality Assurance and Customer Service: You’ll support clinic reception from a premium customer service perspective and assist with appointment schedule reconciliation.
**Schedule and Application:**
Schedule: Flexible—because we understand your academic rhythm; we’ll cover 4–5 hours daily, Tuesday through Saturday.
