**Job Title:** Unit Price and Tenders Analyst (Oil \& Gas Sector) **Location:** Boca del Río, Veracruz (On-site) **Position Description:** We are seeking a Cost Engineering specialist with solid experience in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and structuring economic proposals for public and private tenders, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance with organizations such as PEMEX and CFE. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Cost Analysis:** Development and breakdown of Unit Prices (U.P.), analysis of inputs, yields, direct and indirect costs, financing, and profit margin. * **Tenders:** Complete preparation of economic proposals by interpreting blueprints, technical specifications, and bidding documents. * **Regulations:** Strict application of the Public Works Law, Pemex regulations, and current legal requirements. * **Management:** Preparation of item catalogs, comparison matrices, and risk management regarding profit margins. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Petroleum Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of \[5] years in tenders within the Oil \& Gas sector (Essential experience with PEMEX/CFE). * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **Neodata, Opus and/or Presto**. * **Excel:** Advanced level (Macros, pivot tables, and financial formulas). * **Technical Skills:** In-depth knowledge of Compranet and public tendering procedures. **We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 MXN * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (8:00 \- 17:00\) and Saturdays (9:00 \- 13:00\). * **Job stability** and opportunities for growth through high-level projects. **Pre\-screening Questions:** * Do you currently reside in Boca del Río, Veracruz, or do you have immediate availability to relocate at your own expense? * On a scale from 1 to 10, how would you rate your proficiency level in Neodata and Opus? * Briefly describe your most recent experience participating in a tender for PEMEX or CFE. * Do you have specific experience incorporating real wage factors and hourly machinery costs?
