Job Summary: This role ensures the execution and compliance of training and development processes at the plant to strengthen staff competencies and guarantee regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. With a strong focus on sustainability and a solid humanistic culture, we are committed to being agents of positive change in the agro-industry. **What will you do in this role?** Ensure the execution and compliance of training and development processes at the plant by managing the Training Needs Assessment (TNA), the annual training plan, regulatory compliance, and applicable management systems — all to strengthen staff competencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational objectives. **Location:** Martinez de la Torre, Veracruz. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration Engineering, Business Management, Bachelor’s in Administration, or related field. * Willingness to relocate. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the implementation of the annual training and development plan at the plant. * Manage the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) process. * Ensure regulatory compliance in training with STPS, SIRCE, and applicable audits. * Coordinate orientation, onboarding, operational training, and internal instructor development programs. * Monitor management systems and certifications such as FSSC 22000, SMETA, and SGF. * Coordinate emergency response teams, safety training, and emergency response programs. * Administer training indicators, evidence, and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Leadership and teamwork. * Results-oriented mindset. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Year-end bonus and vacation premium above legal requirements. * Savings fund and savings matching. * Grocery vouchers. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements.
