




Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, as well as provide technical support to users. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: * Advanced knowledge of Office applications. * Diagnose and resolve users’ hardware and software problems. * Install and configure hardware and software on computer systems. * Knowledge of and maintenance for servers and security systems. * Provide technical support via CRM and ERP systems, email, or telephone. * Prepare quotations and follow up with IT vendors. * Schedule software updates on servers. * Assist users with remote connections. * Travel to branches as required. * Install and configure security cameras and DVRs. * Knowledge of operating systems and networks.
