**Position Objective:** Coordinate field execution of Instrumentation construction works, efficiently using resources assigned by the site management and in accordance with project drawings and specifications, within the timeframes established by the project schedule, while adhering to quality and safety guidelines. **Responsibilities**: 1\. Coordinate personnel, assign tasks, and define work advancement strategies for Instrumentation construction activities. 2\. Support the recruitment process of personnel or crews required for Electrical and Instrumentation tasks as needed by the project. 3\. Read and interpret electrical drawings, instrumentation drawings, control diagrams, and wiring schematics. 4\. Coordinate work with safety protocols, perform job risk analysis, and ensure compliance with work methodologies. 5\. Work collaboratively in teams and coordinate with other disciplines for parallel or joint operations. 6\. Coordinate installation of fixed systems and equipment for alarm systems, communication systems, network connections, or other types. 7\. Maintain daily progress tracking together with the site supervisor, monitor resource usage, and ensure proper use of materials to achieve expected performance, seeking improvement strategies. **Educational Level**: High school diploma / Optionally higher secondary education. **Work Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control construction work.
