**Human Resources Generalist** with a specialized focus on **training, onboarding, and employee development**, both operational and administrative. Ensure proper training, integration, and alignment of personnel with the organizational culture, as well as support general HR processes. **Main Responsibilities** **Training Management** * Identify training needs (TNA) for operational and administrative areas. * Develop the **Annual Training Plan** in compliance with STPS regulations. * Coordinate internal or external courses, workshops, evaluations, and certifications. * Manage training providers, quotations, and logistics. * Prepare training reports and metrics (KPIs, ROI). * Compile and manage training records. **Onboarding Process** * Develop and update the corporate **onboarding program**. * Coordinate onboarding for new hires (operational and administrative). * Monitor the employee's first 30\-60\-90 days. **General HR Functions** * Support recruitment and selection when required. * Update personnel files (physical and digital). * Assist in workplace climate and internal communication. * Coordinate internal events and team integration activities. * Monitor basic departmental indicators. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in training and HR processes. * Knowledge of STPS Training Management guidelines. * Proficiency in the SIRCE system. * Experience with training platforms and administrative software. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organization, follow-up, and multitasking abilities. **We Offer** * **$15,000 net monthly salary** * **Benefits exceeding legal requirements** * **IMSS at 100%** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * Mid-term professional growth opportunities. * Stable and collaborative work environment.
