Job Summary: We are seeking an Interior Architect to lead conceptual projects, manage executive development, and ensure aesthetic consistency at a studio in Cancún. Key Highlights: 1. Aesthetic supervision and render review We are looking for an Interior Architect for an important studio in Cancún. Your main role will be to serve as the primary project lead within the studio and to follow up on client requests in coordination with the architecture team. 1) Responsible for developing the conceptual project using innovative and high-level concepts aligned with the client’s initial needs and ideas. 2) Participate in the kick-off meeting with the client to define the project. 3) Create the project’s look and feel for approval by the Architecture Director. 4) Responsible for managing changes based on client feedback. 5) Manage periodic meetings to present project progress. 6) Responsible for the executive project. 7) Supervise that renders correspond to the executive project and provide feedback to maintain aesthetic coherence. 8) Supervise work and integration of projects. 9) Collaborate with the procurement department to make supplier decisions. 10) Visit project sites for verification. 11) Identify project deviations and propose effective solutions. 12) Ensure delivery timelines and progress milestones for each project. Develop and create effective, visually appealing solutions that communicate brand identity, promote products and services, and emotionally connect with the target audience. This includes creating graphic materials for marketing campaigns, social media, and other channels, ensuring each design meets quality standards and the company’s strategic objectives, as well as delivery timelines. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Desirable experience with real estate developers. Knowledge of: design software, web design, typographic skills. Responsibilities: * Content planning, content creation, and publishing. * Analysis of responses to publications and development of strategies. * Direct client interaction to clarify specific requirements for each project. * Monitoring of each publication and impact measurement. * Creation of diverse designs according to varying needs. * Support for internal communications and content. * Quotation of advertising and event materials.
