




**CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION CLERK (DOCUMENTER) - Veracruz** * Verify entries (preparations) and reference payments * Analyze information and extract it from the reference * Verify that each reference's documentation is complete and that basic data is correct * Review documents attached to the customs declaration prior to entry * Confirm linkage of customer-supplier part numbers * **Customs declaration data entry** * Generate E-Documents in the data entry system and on the VUCEM website * Perform initial review of the customs declaration upon completion of data entry * Issue DNC when any document is missing, such as letter 3.1.8 * Make changes indicated by the reviewer in the proforma before payments are made * Confirm entry dates through the corresponding websites at the respective customs office * Confirm the fiscalized facility where the merchandise is located, whether container or loose cargo * Review prior to payment and declare merchandise identification details (brand, model, etc.) * Validate the reviewed customs declaration with client approval (Vo.Bo.) * Generate spreadsheets and value manifest **Address:** Av.
