DESCRIPTION Eosol is seeking a Planning Engineer with a technical engineering background and proven experience in the planning and control of industrial projects, preferably in the engineering, construction, energy, or manufacturing sectors. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating execution schedules, ensuring compliance with deadlines, resources, and project objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and manage project master schedules using MS Project (or Project 365\) and/or Primavera P6\. * Coordinate the collection of information from engineering, procurement, construction, and cost control departments to reflect the actual project progress. * Analyze critical paths, float times, resources, and dependencies to identify delay risks and propose mitigation plans. * Prepare physical and financial progress curves, as well as weekly and monthly planning reports for management and clients. * Participate in initial planning, rescheduling, and change control, ensuring schedule version traceability. * Support the integration of the schedule with cost control systems and progress estimation. * Present executive performance reports and completion forecasts (forecast) according to project guidelines. * Comply with internal project management standards, procedures, and policies. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements:** * University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil or related fields). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and control of industrial projects. * Proficiency in planning tools: MS Project / Project 365 and Primavera P6 (essential). * Knowledge of progress monitoring, critical path analysis, resource management, and schedule control. * Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Intermediate or advanced level of English (desirable). * Experience in EPC projects. * Knowledge of risk management, cost control, or PMI methodologies. * Familiarity with Power BI or other visual reporting tools.
