Its headquarters are in Copenhagen, Denmark, and in Mexico it operates from Forum Naucalpan, employing around 12,000 people nationwide. **We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor.** **Essential Requirements:** Minimum Education: Completed secondary school Minimum one year of experience in a similar position (verifiable). **Experience in:** * Supervision of cleaning crews. * Handling of chemicals and safety protocols for their use. * Operation and supervision of machinery such as polishers, rotary machines, vacuum cleaners, etc. * Preparation of payroll: attendance tracking, incidents, delays, permissions, absences. * Control and management of supplies and tools inventory. * Daily operational reports to the administrative department. * Excellent staff interaction and conflict resolution skills. * Standard vehicle operation **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate cleaning personnel. * Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards established by the client and the company. * Monitor attendance and prepare weekly payroll. * Generate operational reports and follow-up on incidents. * Maintain direct communication with the on-site client. * Assist in training and evaluating assigned personnel. **We Offer:** Monthly salary: $11,000 gross 6% in grocery vouchers 5% in savings fund Biweekly payments Statutory benefits from day one Job stability and growth opportunities Direct hiring by ISS Mexico **Work Location:** Veracruz, Puerto
