DESCRIPTION Eosol is seeking a Project Control Engineer with a technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related Engineering, and experience in the management and control of industrial projects during engineering, procurement, and construction phases. The candidate will be responsible for supervising project performance in terms of physical progress, costs, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with objectives established by the organization and the client. **Main Responsibilities:** * Participate in the planning, monitoring, and control of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and scope. * Develop and maintain updated project control plans, progress curves, and cost and time baselines. * Monitor and analyze project performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and cost control departments to ensure technical and administrative alignment of the project. * Prepare periodic reports on physical and financial progress, executive presentations, and management reports for management and the client. * Participate in coordination meetings, progress reviews, and project risk assessments. * Support the process of progress estimation, change control, variance analysis, and project closeout. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations applicable to project management. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements:** * University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial or related Engineering. * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project control or management of industrial projects, preferably in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, petrochemicals, or infrastructure. * Solid knowledge of cost control, scheduling, progress tracking, and budgetary control. * Proficiency in planning and control tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel. * Analytical skills, results-oriented, and ability to work in multidisciplinary environments. * Intermediate to advanced level of English (technical reading and writing).
