**Position Objective:** Ensure accurate calculation and processing of payroll for operational and administrative staff, complying with current legal, tax, and labor regulations, and providing timely attention to incidents, personnel movements, and related payments. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field (in process of graduation or already graduated) * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in a similar position * **Proficiency in payroll systems and SAT, IDSE, SUA platforms** * **Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, LFT** * **Intermediate\-Advanced Excel skills** * **Attention to detail and sense of responsibility** **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording and reviewing payroll incidents * Calculating salaries, severance payments, Christmas bonuses, and vacation pay * Issuing CFDI payroll receipts * Calculating taxes, employer\-employee social security contributions, and other deductions * Preparing and reviewing preliminary payroll reports * Weekly, biweekly, and monthly reporting * Processing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS * Responding to employee requests and audit requirements * Coordinating with Human Resources and Finance departments * Monitoring payments and fund disbursements through banks **Key Competencies:** * Organization and adherence to deadlines * Confidentiality * Proactivity and numerical analysis * Effective communication * Teamwork and internal customer service **Interested candidates who meet the profile, please apply through this platform** ***At SEPIVER S.A. de C.V., we categorically reject any form of discrimination, abuse, violence, homophobia, or misogyny.
