Knowledge: * Infrastructure: Administration of Windows Servers (Linux\-Ubuntu), administration of SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB databases. * Administration of Firewalls (Fortinet). Wired and Wireless Networks (Switching and Routing). Telecommunications (Switches and Links). * Video Surveillance Systems, computer architecture. * Requirements analysis, user support, Microsoft 365 consultation. Responsibilities: * Manage a team of specialists providing support across 3 offices. * Administer databases and provide application support. * Install, document, and test software and hardware updates. * Manage policies and documentation of information systems, including backup strategies, user training materials, network diagrams, and security policies. * Evaluate system functionality. * Test and modify systems to ensure reliable operation. * Design maintenance procedures and implement them. * Manage IT budgets. * Ensure compliance with software licensing laws. * Implement and manage security and backup procedures. * Consult with users to determine needs and ensure facilities meet user or project requirements. * Provide training, support, and advice to users. * Stay up to date with emerging technologies.
