**BOCAMARINA TOWER 1 PROJECT** **Position: Architecture Intern** **Location:** Boca del Río, Ver. **Duration:** 6 months with possibility of hiring. **Job Description:** At Bocamarina Tower 1, we are looking for interns to join our **ARCHITECTURAL SUPERVISION TEAM** and develop their skills on the most ambitious project in the state of Veracruz. **Tasks you will be involved in:** * **Support during site visits** * Observe construction processes. * Gain experience in construction supervision and control. * Accompany the supervisor on field visits. * Verify physical progress against the construction schedule. * **Field surveys and photographic documentation** * Take photographs of progress and construction details. * Prepare sketches or quick field surveys on site. * **Review of drawings and specifications** * Compare execution drawings with actual construction. * Assist in identifying discrepancies or errors. * **Quality control** * Verify alignments, levels, and finishes. * Check that materials specified in the project are being used. * **Report preparation** * Draft construction meeting minutes. * Daily/weekly progress reports. * **Support in cost estimates and construction control** * Review construction quantities or volumes. * Help compare actual work performed vs. budgeted. * **Coordination with contractors and suppliers** * Follow up on material deliveries. * Assist in communicating supervisor's instructions. * **Administrative tasks** * Organize drawings, item catalogs, and technical data sheets. * Support in managing construction documentation. * **Safety and hygiene** * Verify compliance with basic safety regulations on site. * Report identified risks. * **Continuous learning** **Requirements:** * Education: Final semesters. * Ability to work proactively and as part of a team. * Good communication and organizational skills. **We offer:** * Opportunity for professional development within a stable company.
