We are looking for you to join our team! **Position Objective** Technically develop, manage, and supervise remodeling projects from conception to execution, ensuring compliance with ATR standards, customer satisfaction, and project profitability. **Candidate Profile** **Age:** 27 to 45 years **Education:** Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in construction execution **Gender:** No preference **Location:** Boca del Río, Veracruz **Modality:** On-site / field **Main Responsibilities:** Identify customer needs and develop design proposals and construction budgets. Prepare preliminary designs, blueprints, and renderings for presentation. Supervise and coordinate all phases of construction execution. Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and work teams. Verify compliance with regulations and on-site safety. Control quality and resources for each project. Deliver technical reports and progress updates to the ATR leader or franchisee. Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure adherence to budget. Ensure customer satisfaction at every delivery. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** Proven experience in construction and renovation of spaces. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software. Skill in budgeting, cost estimation, and cost analysis. Knowledge of civil construction regulations and safety standards.
