Minimum of 1 year of experience in school control or academic management. Knowledge of official educational regulations and processes. Proficiency in school management systems and Microsoft Office suite. Administrative skills and document organization abilities. Competencies: Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ethics, confidentiality, and institutional commitment. Main Responsibilities: Administration and safekeeping of academic records. Recording and updating of grades, enrollments, and student transfers. Support in graduation procedures and official processing with educational authorities. Providing guidance and support to students and teachers on academic matters. Preparation of academic reports and documentation.
