Statutory benefits **At Crece Veracruz Financial Services, we are seeking:** -------------------------------------------------- **Position: Monitoring Operator** ------------------------ **Job Objective:** Supervise and monitor field operations in real time via tracking platforms, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and company-established guidelines. ### **Responsibilities:** **Monitoring and Control** * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS platform. * Verify compliance with established routes and schedules. * Detect deviations, unauthorized stops, or incidents. **Operational Control** * Record transfer times and routes traveled. * Prepare daily activity and movement reports. * Confirm that vehicles operate as scheduled. * Maintain records of incidents and relevant events. **Follow-up and Quality Assurance** * Conduct verification calls to field personnel. * Confirm location and operational status. * Support internal audits. **Administrative Tasks** * Enter and update information in the system. * Safeguard reports and supporting evidence. * Assist in tracking commissions or productivity (as applicable per company). * ️ **Prevention** * Alert supervisors or management upon detecting any anomalies. * Follow up on security protocols. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed or incomplete high school diploma / bachelor’s degree * Experience in GPS monitoring (preferred). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Flexible availability for shift scheduling. * Responsible and organized * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle * Availability of time ### **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Excellent work environment. * Growth opportunity. * Weekly salary * Work tools * Statutory benefits Interested candidates may apply through this channel!
