Administrative control and tracking of vehicle routes **Vehicle Control Assistant** Requirements: * Education and knowledge in **automotive mechanics.** * Ability to drive standard vehicles. * Valid driver's license. * Experience in **vehicle fleet management** areas. **Desired Knowledge:** * Planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance appointments to ensure optimal fleet operation. * Validation of mechanical failures reported by staff. * Supervision of repairs performed by the workshop on vehicles. * Monitoring vehicle assignment and status through periodic checklists. * Control of documents related to vehicles. * Administrative control (invoicing, per diems, gasoline disbursement, and tag disbursement). * Tracking of vehicle incidents, promptly managing necessary repairs and maintenance. * Tracking of local and out-of-town routes via GPS. **Competencies:** * Results-oriented. * Excellent time management and task prioritization. * Proactivity. * Attention to detail.
