Job Summary: Supervise activities, ensure quality, train the team, and monitor metrics to optimize performance and internal customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise team activities. 2. Train and develop the potential of team members. 3. Foster a positive and creative work environment. Supervise all activities related to assigned areas during shift to ensure the team delivers the best services and optimal quality to internal customers. Assist with training new hires when necessary. Micromanage team progress / manage the team's day-to-day activities. Monitor various metrics, including team performance, in conjunction with supervisors. Conduct quarterly performance reviews jointly with the Supervisor. Identify deficiencies among various team members and provide them with necessary training. Motivate the entire team and foster creativity and commitment. Identify team strengths and weaknesses. By determining which team member excels at each task, delegate required tasks to the appropriate person. It is also helpful to identify areas for improvement and the appropriate steps to enhance them. Conduct training sessions for team members to maximize their potential. Equip team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Create a pleasant work environment that inspires the team. Respond to daily operational questions regarding best practices or challenging tasks. Identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements. Any other duties as required and aligned with your position or department. Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
