**Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Plant Manager** to oversee the manufacturing operations in **Mexico**, ensuring the highest standards of productivity, efficiency, quality, and compliance with corporate goals. This role combines strategic leadership with hands\-on operational management and requires close coordination with **U.S.\-based teams** to ensure alignment across production, quality, finance, and supply chain operations.
