Education: High School AGE: 25 to 45 years old Experience: 2 years as Warranty Manager or Service Professional Advisor in automotive repair shop, basic mechanical knowledge, administrative controls, warranties, timing and workflow. **MAIN FUNCTIONS OR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION** * Authorize completed service orders and maintain records and control of them * Monitor technician piecework and forward information to Human Resources for payroll processing * Receive and register daily service orders on appointment and work boards * Organize and assign service orders to workshop personnel, considering service priority and staff workload * Supervise and follow up on the service process of each vehicle entering the workshop to ensure necessary repairs are performed and delivery dates met, updating the board accordingly * Prepare daily technician work reports * Prepare daily service order reports for control and filing * Maintain control of pending orders to provide appropriate follow-up * Notify Service Advisors of any anomalies or delays in vehicle service, as well as agreements with customers * Prepare weekly workshop technician work reports, generate graphs and forward information to the Service Manager * Record next day's appointments on the welcome board * Open internal orders for previous appointments **BASE SALARY $8,364 plus Commissions** Job type: Full-time Salary: $8,364.00 per month Work location: On-site
