Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor (Door-to-Door Sales Agent) for Mercado Pago, responsible for generating direct sales in the field by prospecting customers and closing sales. Deliver persuasive product presentations and close sales 3. 100% field-based work with self-management and persistence **Position Profile** **Position:** Sales Advisor (Door-to-Door Sales Agent) for Mercado Pago **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Payment:** Via payroll, on the 15th and last day of each month **We Offer** * Base salary of **$9,600 per month.** * **Attractive uncapped commissions** * **Transportation allowance of $1,000** * Statutory benefits from day one * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Social security **Position Objective** Generate direct sales via door-to-door outreach, prospecting customers in the field, presenting the product or service clearly and persuasively, with emphasis on closing deals and achieving sales targets. **Main Responsibilities** * Active field prospecting. * Direct engagement with potential customers. * Clear presentation of product/service benefits and features. * Real-time handling of objections. * Closing sales. * Basic follow-up with acquired customers. * Daily reporting of activities and results. **Technical Skills** * Basic sales and closing techniques. * Cold prospecting. * Handling objections. * 100% field-based work. * Sales recording and basic follow-up. * Basic use of mobile phones and reporting apps. **Key Competencies (What Sets You Apart)** * Commercial persistence. * Self-management of time in the field. * Adaptability to diverse customer profiles. * Ability to receive feedback. **Recommended Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or direct sales (preferred). * Completed or incomplete high school education. * Availability for street-based work. * Experience working toward targets and commission-based incentives.
