Moctezuma, 40% Home office); when going to the plant, transportation and meals are covered. **Job Type:** Full-time | Onsite with occasional sporadic travel - Role involving direct activities with Moctezuma. **Position Objective:** Coordinate and manage review and GPS tracking sessions with carriers to ensure proper installation, operation, and monitoring of devices on transport units, as well as operational trip tracking, geofence monitoring, updating indicators, and support for telemetry-focused projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Carrier / Concrete Plant Management** * Schedule and facilitate virtual sessions with carriers to coordinate GPS installation and inspection on their vehicles nationwide. * Track equipment payment dates, compliance with review schedules, and notification of results. * Follow up on inquiries, incidents, device configuration, and clarifications regarding speeding violation reports. * **Operational Monitoring and Tracking** * Ensure proper closure of trips according to established procedures in the monitoring platform. * Supervise the placement and configuration of geofences for route control, operational points, dwell times, etc. * **Information and Reporting Management** * Update key operational indicators (KPIs). * Generate weekly, monthly, and project progress reports. * Present progress updates to Moctezuma's management and executive committees. * **Use of Technological Tools** * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic functions such as VLOOKUP, IF). * **Basic Power BI skills** for querying, updating, and visualizing reports.
