Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Operator for the night shift, responsible for billing, equipment verification, inventory updates, and first-level technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Billing and inventory management system operations 2. First-level technical support for systems and applications 3. Stable Monday-to-Friday work schedule SYSTEMS OPERATOR – NIGHT SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Process orders, shipping manifests, and documentary packages using up-to-date warehouse information and operational adjustments. 2. Verify the condition of assigned computing equipment and accessories. 3. Update the system with results from rotating inventory counts. 4. Record existing products during physical inventory counts. 5. Address first-level technical incidents related to systems, devices, and applications; provide on-site or remote support and escalate complex cases to corporate. 6. Generate the daily billing cycle cutoff and transaction reports.
