Official holidays and CNBV-designated non-working days **Recognition and additional benefits** Productivity bonus and incentives for goal achievement **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, according to productivity: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Main activities** * 80% fieldwork: Prospecting at strategic locations, direct client contact, and home visits; 20% office work: Credit application analysis and reporting **Your responsibilities** * Promote MásKapital’s financial products and acquire new clients * Collect and analyze information for credit applications * Recover granted loans * Provide personalized follow-up to our clients to ensure their satisfaction **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: Completed secondary school (mandatory). * Experience: Not required—we provide training! * Availability to travel for 5 weeks for training (expenses covered: accommodation, transportation, and meals). **What will set you apart?** Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interpersonal interaction.
