Requirements: - Prior experience in similar roles such as Kitchen Assistant. - Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen utensil handling. - Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. - Organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently. - Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. - Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in food preparation according to recipes and instructions provided by the Head Chef. - Participate in organizing and cleaning workspaces. - Collaborate in receiving and storing ingredients and supplies. - Assist in plating and presentation of dishes. - Support cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment. - Comply with established food hygiene and safety standards.
