Lead continuous improvements in processes and teams We are a company with over 70 years of tradition in dairy product manufacturing, and we want you to be part of our growth as: MAINTENANCE MANAGER Location: Isla, Veracruz REQUIREMENTS: * Mandatory experience in food industry industrial plants * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or related field * Personnel management skills (operational and technical staff) * Knowledge of industrial machinery, boilers, refrigeration chambers, electricity, welding, and general installations MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate general maintenance of machinery and facilities * Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs * Ensure proper operation of critical plant equipment * Manage personnel, tools, and resources within the department * Ensure safe operating conditions * Prepare departmental reports and performance indicators * Implement continuous improvements in processes and equipment WE OFFER: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria support * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities Salary: $20,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
