Position Summary: We are seeking a supervisor to monitor and supervise coffee producers, ensuring traceability, quality, and continuous improvement of agricultural and coffee processing activities. On-site technical advisory and quality control. The role we seek focuses on monitoring and supervising coffee producers. This includes tracking developments on their farms, maintaining logbooks for production line traceability, and verifying agricultural practices, farm management, and wet, dry, and field coffee processing methods. Supervisor **Profile:** * In-depth knowledge of post-harvest coffee processing, including wet, dry, and honey methods, is mandatory. * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy preferred. * Demonstrable specialization in coffee. **Main Fieldwork Activities** **Operations and Producer Follow-up:** * Maintain daily operation records by completing logbooks for each production line. * Conduct individualized economic follow-up and analysis for each producer. * Supervise producers using problem-based questionnaires and collecting specific data from their farms. * Serve as the direct liaison with producers through field visits. **Quality and Continuous Improvement:** * Collect coffee samples, focusing on specialty-grade quality. * Provide feedback to producers to improve their raw materials. * Monitor all processes carried out by producers. * Offer technical advisory support for crop-related issues (weeds, diseases, etc.). * Recommend and introduce new coffee varieties to producers. **Processing and Final Analysis:** * Supervise toll processing operations to ensure the finished product meets specified quality standards. * Guarantee correct delivery of the finished product. * Obtain and record yields resulting from toll processing. * Analyze collected data. **Documentation and Reporting:** * Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports per producer and per activity performed. **On-site Activities (Off-season):** * Create individual files for each producer. * Support sales and training departments. **We offer job stability** * Full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * 100% social security contribution
