**PROFILE** * Age 25 to 45 years old. * Completed secondary education. * Marital status indifferent. * One year of experience in the field. **FUNCTIONS** * Perform minor repairs on furniture, equipment, facilities, and buildings. * Carry out repairs and maintenance of electrical and plumbing installations, such as changing light bulbs or unclogging pipes. * Assist with carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks, such as repairing wall cracks or fixing doors. * Help install new equipment or systems by following instructions. * Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper equipment operation. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential failures or issues. * Maintain organization and inventory control of tools, materials, and spare parts. * Comply with and enforce safety regulations, including the correct use of personal protective equipment. * Report any risky or hazardous situations that could affect operations or personnel. * Assist with cleaning and maintenance of common areas. * Manage repair requests and keep staff informed about their resolution. * Support the supervisor or maintenance manager in various assigned tasks.
