Position Summary: Conduct route deliveries from the HUB to local destinations for timely delivery of merchandise to commercial customers and provide support at the sales counter, ensuring customer satisfaction. Part of a team that values dedication and growth. **Job Description** Drive assigned AutoZone vehicle from the HUB along designated local routes to fulfill daily delivery route coverage, deliver merchandise to commercial customers, meet pickup and delivery time requirements, comply with established policies for vehicle usage, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Deliver merchandise on local routes to commercial customers in a timely manner using the assigned vehicle to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone commercial customers. * Support sales counter operations within the commercial program module by assisting walk-in or telephone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report and follow up on vehicle incidents with the Commercial Manager. * Process cash payments against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education * One or two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle * Valid driver's license * Must be at least 21 years old * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone Mexico is the leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
