





**Role Summary** We are looking for a **Project Lead** with experience coordinating creative and social media teams in fast-paced environments. The person will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and tracking multiple weekly projects, maintaining direct communication with the client, and ensuring internal teams have the necessary information and timelines to deliver successfully. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate simultaneous projects (campaigns, reactive content, urgent requests, and weekly deliverables). * Schedule, prioritize, and maintain organized workflows. * Ensure on-time deliveries for coverage, launches, trends, and ad-hoc requests. * Serve as the direct point of contact with Amazon Music for deliverable tracking and priority setting. * Manage the creative and social media team for task assignment and resolution of blockers. * Translate client requests into clear and actionable requirements. * Identify risks or potential delays and adjust plans as needed. * Maintain up-to-date documentation, workflows, and status reports. **Must-Haves** * Strong organizational skills in environments with frequent changes and concurrent projects. * Experience coordinating or managing creative and social media teams. * Conversational English (B2–C1). * Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage requirements from both clients and internal teams. * Problem-solving mindset with strong adaptability to daily changes. * High tolerance for uncertainty and short deadlines. **Cultural Fit** * Passion for music, pop culture, and new releases (music enthusiast). * Adaptability to shifting directions or changing priorities on a day-to-day basis. * Preferably someone from agile or independent work environments (not rigid corporate settings). Position is primarily remote with occasional events in Mexico City
